Gender Reveal
This weekend I got to host a long awaited baby shower for, MY SISTER! She is pregnant with twins and we had a gender reveal shower with the colors being blue for boys, pink for girls and green for one of each. I went with a simple circle cookie and a question mark as the night was filled with many guesses. My guess: Girl and Boy. Was I right? NO, but I am overjoyed to say I will have two nephews to love on come Christmas!

Baby on Board
A good friend of mine is expecting a sweet baby boy, Julian, on Thanksgiving day. I got the opportunity to help host a couples shower for her and her husband. I went with baby bootees and carriages in light blue, dark blue and gray. I can't wait to meet this sweet boy in November!

Baby Girl
I LOVED getting to host a baby shower with a few other friends for our friends, Katie and Philip, who are expecting Ella in November. I can't wait to meet her. Her big sister Lia is just adorable and I am sure this little one will be nothing but cute either!

Grandma Shower
A sweet friend asked me to make cookies for a "grandma shower." The baby was already born and her friends got together to give her a shower with a nice gift certificate on Continental for her to go visit her new grandbaby. I thought that was a great idea. I was given free rain on what I wanted to make for the shower so I decided to keep it simple. Light pink flowers with white polka dots. The cookies turned out really cute, unfortunately, I couldnt seem to get them to photograph very well. I guess that is what I need to learn next...how to take better pictures. If anyone has suggestions please let me know. Until then, these pictures will have to do for now.

Strollin' Baby
These baby carriages worked out great for a baby shower where the se of the baby was unknown but the parents had gone with a black and green theme for the nursery.

Baby Showers
This has become a standard that I love to make. Baby bottles and carriages! The Longhorns were a little extra for the mom to be who is a die hard Longhorn. I happened to have to friends with baby showers that weeked, one boy and one girl so hence the blue and pink. These make a great dessert or party favor when they are wrapped up.
