Long time

So before the holidays the last cookies I made were these...sadly, I just never got around to posting them.

I took quite a bit of time off due to lack of time, really bad morning sickness and just needing a break. We celebrated Valentine's Day and included these...

And then I got the pleasure of making Spiderman for a little boys birthday. Last year he picked Batman, this year Spiderman...I wonder if the super hero theme will stick!

Hopefully you will get to see more cookies coming soon. The calendar is filling up but I really do love making cookies and just hope to find that balance to make it all work!

Tractor Party

I had the opportunity to make cookie's for a friend's son's 2nd Birthday party with a tractor theme. I loved doing these! Happy Birthday Travis! I hope you had a great Birthday party! (please forgive the glare)

My Little Pony and Rainbows

A few months ago I had the pleasure of making Hello Kitty cookies for a sweet co-worker of mine's daughter. Well his other daughter's Birthday is this month so he asked me to make her childhood favorite as well....My Little Pony and Rainbows. I had never done a pony before (nor a horse for the matter) so this was a challenge but I loved getting to use all the different colors. Thanks Les for letting me do these!

Gender Reveal

This weekend I got to host a long awaited baby shower for, MY SISTER! She is pregnant with twins and we had a gender reveal shower with the colors being blue for boys, pink for girls and green for one of each. I went with a simple circle cookie and a question mark as the night was filled with many guesses. My guess: Girl and Boy. Was I right? NO, but I am overjoyed to say I will have two nephews to love on come Christmas!

Baby on Board

A good friend of mine is expecting a sweet baby boy, Julian, on Thanksgiving day. I got the opportunity to help host a couples shower for her and her husband. I went with baby bootees and carriages in light blue, dark blue and gray. I can't wait to meet this sweet boy in November!
